Spoken Communications Named to the Inc. 500 List of Fastest-Growing Companies for Third Consecutive Year
SEATTLE, August 19, 2015 Spoken Communications, leading provider of a high-availability Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) cloud platform, today announced that Inc Magazine has listed the company on its fastest-growing companies list for the third consecutive year. The 2015 Inc. 500|5000 list ranks America's fastest growing companies across 32 industries. With $22.5 million in revenue in 2014, Spoken has experienced a three-year growth rate of 544% and is currently ranked as the 10th fastest-growing telecommunications company in the United States.
The latest cash infusion enables the company to continue its exponential growth in the cloud market while growing its global marketing and sales capabilities.

The Spoken CCaaS platform includes Avaya cloud digital telephony, automated and human-assisted speech recognition, Citrix virtual agent desktop, secure call recording, advanced reporting and quality assurance applications. In order to provide organizations a place to start into the cloud, each application is available à la carte and can easily be integrated with existing third-party technology, including legacy phone switches (ACDs) or CRM applications.
