HYPERQUALITY'S NEW CTO BRINGS FORTUNE 500 DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE
Anil Goel Will Oversee Enhancements to ClearMetrix and Other Quality Analytics Technology.
SEATTLE (August 18, 2009) — HyperQuality, a leading provider of quality monitoring services and technology for
enterprise companies, has hired Anil Goel as its new chief technology officer (CTO). Goel will be responsible for ongoing
developments and enhancements to HyperQuality's signature Web-based software, known as ClearMetrix, as well as
continued development of HyperQuality's additional technology solutions that enable corporations to understand the
productivity of their customer-facing functions.
Goel brings a wealth of experience in building and implementing complex software applications for a variety of major
corporations including Gap Gemini, RealNetworks, Bell South and Tata Consultancy Services. He also has vast expertise in
implementing technology solutions for a variety of industries in e-commerce, online media, telecommunications,
insurance, transportation and manufacturing.

Prior to joining HyperQuality, Goel was the national director of Open Solutions practice for Sogeti/Gap Gemini. He garnered
extensive experience at Seattle-based RealNetworks, where he rose to the position of engineering general manager.
Goel will replace Jude Kavalam who will be leaving the company for personal reasons, but will act in a consultative role at
