Q. Does ClearMetrix limit me to specific form templates or can I create my own truly unique forms?
A. ClearMetrix comes standard with universal form templates, but you can also easily create your own customized forms.
   
Q. How long does it take to create a new form or modify an existing form in ClearMetrix?
A.
Forms can be created from scratch or modified in a matter of minutes.
   
Q. How are calls uploaded into ClearMetrix?
A.
Clients upload a CSV file through Outpost software installed on your computer. These calls are then uploaded to ClearMetrix, assigned, and are ready for evaluation.
   
Q. How are rosters handled in ClearMetrix?
A.
You can upload your rosters into ClearMetrix when you upload a CSV file. From there, agents and managers can be assigned to teams, moved to different teams, or inactivated from ClearMetrix. Rosters can also be bulk uploaded, agents can be manually created, and drag/drop can be used. Use whichever method you prefer.
   
Q. We are a small company that does our own evaluations in-house. Can we still use ClearMetrix?
A.
Yes. You can subscribe to the ClearMetrix software and use it to manage your quality department.
   
Q. Is ClearMetrix PCI-compliant?
A.
Yes, ClearMetrix is PCI certified by a 3rd party vendor.
