Q. Does ClearMetrix limit me to specific form templates or can I create my own forms based on my business processes?
A. ClearMetrix does not limit clients to specific form templates. ClearMetrix’s Form Design Studio supports a wide range of scoring methodologies and flexible structures with support for weights, penalties, caps, bonuses, floors, auto failures, and non-scorable attributes. ClearMetrix forms can also apply conditional logic within forms to automatically impact the marking for attributes and sub-attribute categories.
   
Q. How are calls uploaded into ClearMetrix?
A.
Clients upload a CSV file through our secure HQ Bridge software. These calls are then uploaded to ClearMetrix, assigned, and are ready for evaluation.
   
Q. How are rosters handled in ClearMetrix?
A.
Rosters are bulk uploaded into ClearMetrix together with a CSV file upload. Roster upload process allows agents and managers to be assigned to teams, moved to different teams, or inactivated from ClearMetrix
   
Q. We are a small company that does our own evaluations in-house. Can we still use ClearMetrix?
A.
Yes. You can subscribe to the ClearMetrix software and use it to manage your quality department
