Chris Coles
- Chris Coles is the President and CEO of HyperQuality, Inc, the premier contact center quality assurance firm. HyperQuality’s mission is to help companies improve their customer experience. They accomplish this through their proven and innovative methodology for evaluations and surveys, reliable and valid data, and quality assurance software resulting in specific recommendations from the agent to the company-wide level.
Most recently, Coles was the Vice President and General Manager of the TelePresence Exchange Business Unit, one of the business units within Cisco’s Emerging Technologies Group. Under his leadership, TXBU was responsible for developing a services portfolio around the TelePresence products, which will enable and catalyze global coverage of the Cisco TelePresence solutions.
Prior to Cisco, Coles led the global business for Home Entertainment Solutions at Siemens Communications; this line of business focused on IPTV solutions for service providers worldwide. The Siemens role was the result of an acquisition by Siemens of Myrio Corporation in 2005, a software company where Coles had been the President and CEO for several years prior to the acquisition.
Coles has more than 25 years of experience in network services, software and associated professional services. He has also held a variety of executive operating and strategy roles at Qwest Communications, AT&T, TCI and U S WEST.
Coles holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Denver and a Bachelors degree from Colorado College.

Kevin Doren
- Kevin Doren is a Managing Director of Divergent Ventures. He has a technical background and has extensive experience starting and managing high-technology companies. In 1983 he co-founded Equinox Systems Inc., a manufacturer of data communications equipment, which went public and was later acquired, serving as VP Engineering and VP Advanced Technology. In 1987 he co-founded GO Corporation, a pioneer of pen computing which was chronicled in the book "Startup", serving as VP Engineering and VP Advanced Technology. While with Paul Allen's organization from 1993 to 1998, Mr. Doren started at Interval Research, Mr. Allen's Palo Alto-based business incubator and research facility, and moved to the Paul Allen Group in 1995 to focus exclusively on venture capital investment and management of portfolio companies. He was a director of WebTV Networks Inc. (acquired by Microsoft) and Transmeta Corp. (now public). During 1997 and 1998, he also served as CEO of Cardinal Technologies, a company majority-owned by Mr. Allen, and its spin-off Red Wing Corporation.
Mr. Doren has been an active early-stage venture investor, and is typically one of a company's first outside investors or directors. He was a director of 4thpass Inc., (a developer of software for wireless communications) until it was sold to Motorola, he was a director of Zetta Systems, Inc. (a developer of software for disaster recovery of storage servers) before it was sold to Overland Storage, and he is currently a director of HyperQuality, Inc. (a provider of quality management services for call centers) and Picostation Inc. (a developer of software for mobile blogging).
Kevin received his BSE in Computer Science & Engineering from University of Pennsylvania.

Bruce Hallett
- Bruce, a co-founder of Miramar Venture Partners, brings deal development, company-building and strategic management expertise to Miramar and its portfolio companies. Bruce has served on the boards of directors of public and private companies with partners from top tier venture funds and prominent corporate investors. Currently, he serves on the boards of the following Miramar portfolio companies: Aktino, HyperQuality and Practice Technologies. He also served on the board of Berkana Wireless, which was acquired in late 2005 by Qualcomm.
Prior to founding Miramar in 2001, Bruce served as a corporate finance strategist and lead counsel to high growth technology companies, venture capitalists and investment banks. Bruce orchestrated initial public offerings, venture financings and liquidity events for many high profile technology companies in Southern California, including Broadcom, Buy.com, Exult and PairGain Technologies. In 1999, Bruce was recognized as one of Southern California's leading technology lawyers and was selected by members of the California State Bar as one of the 100 most influential attorneys in California.
Until he left to form Miramar, Bruce served as Managing Partner of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison's Orange County Office and was appointed to the firm's executive committee. Bruce also served as one of three partners on Brobeck's investment committee, which was responsible for investing and managing Brobeck's captive venture funds. Bruce joined Brobeck as a partner in early 1993 from Morrison & Foerster, where he was a partner in Morrison's emerging companies practice.
Bruce received his B.A. magna cum laude from UC Irvine and his J.D. from UCLA.

- Mr. Hawk is president of Hawk Communications whose mission is to help develop high technology companies. In 1997 he retired as President and CEO of U S West Multimedia Communications, Inc. where he was responsible for the Media 1 cable business and the Time Warner partnership.
From 1986 until 1995, Mr. Hawk was president of the Carrier Division of U S West Communications, Inc. Prior to that Mr. Hawk was Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Planning for CXC Corporation, a high technology start up and before that was Director, Advanced Systems Development for American Bell. During 1997-2002 Mr. Hawk served as a Special Limited Partner of Crosspoint Venture Partners. During that time he served on the boards or advisory boards of fifteen companies that went public.
Mr. Hawk currently serves as a director of several private high technology companies. During the past fifteen years Mr. Hawk has worked with the CEO's and officers of eighty high tech companies as a board member, advisor and investor.

Howard Lee
- Howard Lee was the CEO of PhotoWorks, a NASDAQ-traded company, in 2001. Before PhotoWorks, Mr. Lee was the Senior Vice President of Disney Direct and was responsible for the profit and loss, branding operations and marketing of the direct division. This team was 1,800 persons and included two call centers and a large warehouse operating team. Mr. Lee worked at an India CRM outsource provider as the SVP of Sales and Marketing in 2002. Mr. Lee has 23 years of operating and consulting experience.

Prior to Ignition, Roberts spent 13 years at Microsoft, most recently as General Manager of the Windows CE Intelligent Appliance Division, where he was responsible for developing new WinCE products, product marketing, business development and long-term planning for the Windows CE platform as well as the retargeting of the Microsoft's PocketPC effort.
Roberts led the marketing and business efforts for Windows 3.1, 3.11, Windows NT 3.51, NT 4.0, BackOffice 1.0, Windows 98 and NT 4.0 on the Desktop, and finally all of Windows CE including embedded, Pocket PC, Auto, Phones, Set-top, Games, etc.
Roberts received his B.A. in history from the University of Washington where he was also Student Body President. In addition to his Ignition boards, Jonathan serves on the board of Epiphany School and the University of Washington Foundation Board.

Michael Song
- Michael Song helped form Rustic Canyon Partners in 1999. Michael offers a wealth of hands-on business development, technology and M&A experience. Previously, he was director of corporate investments with Times Mirror, overseeing its venture capital portfolio.
Prior to his tenure at Times Mirror, Michael was a consultant with the Los Angeles office of the Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on online financial services, convergence issues, high technology and aerospace. Before joining the Boston Consulting Group, he was an investment banking associate in the emerging markets group at Lehman Brothers.
Michael is Treasurer/Board member of the Korean-American Coalition, Treasurer/Board member of Upward Bound House, on the Finance Committee for Phillips Exeter Academy, and serves on the Advisory Committee for Diversity for Brown University.
